Kitchen Display (KDS)
A queue screen for the production area. Orders from the counter, table bills, and the QR Menu gather in one view, and cards change colour as the wait grows. Switched on in POS Settings.
Customer Display
A second screen facing the customer. It shows the order and a total that already includes tax during the transaction, then the change due. Outside busy hours it runs promotions and images you upload. Devices pair with a code, no sign in.
Packaging Labels
Print a sticker per cup with the order name and customer notes. It uses a label printer separate from the receipt printer, and always by button, never automatically.
Attendance and Payroll
Staff clock in with a selfie and a location pin, shifts are planned weekly, and wages are calculated from that attendance data including overtime and late deductions.
Stock Count
Count ingredients physically, then compare against the ledger. Differences are recorded as adjustments with a trail, never quietly erased.
Menu Engineering
Every menu item mapped to one of four sell and margin quadrants using a weighted average, so you can see which need a price change and which should leave the menu.
Supplier Payables
Unpaid ingredient purchases grouped per supplier, with the age of each debt.
Daily report by email
A daily sales summary is emailed to the owner with a PDF attachment once the last shift is closed.
Partial purchase order receiving
Receiving goods in stages could multiply stock in some cases. The calculation is fixed and affected data has been repaired.
